There are plenty of things to be thankful for. Among them is the sacrifice of our troops in defense of our country. When you get a chance, you might let some of them know.
One way to do that will be provided by America Supports You November 17th through the 22nd. Just send a text message of thanks to 89279 (TXASY). This starts tomorrow, Saturday, and runs through Thanksgiving Day.
This is just a small way to let the troops know how much you appreciate what they do for us. Join in, 'kay?
Update: Even though it's not the 17th yet (I forgot to look at the calendar), I sent a text to the ASY number. Within about half an hour, I got a response from Eric at Balad Air Base in Iraq. Yes, you need to do this, as do all your friends, neighbors, relatives, coworkers and anyone else you know.
