Not that she even aspires to become an Ian Anderson, but my 12-year-old daughter, Megan, participated this past Saturday in her first Solo/Ensemble Festival since she began playing the flute last summer. She achieved a "I - Superior," on a scale of I to IV.
I'm so proud of my girl! (as I am of all five of my children, of course)
